Truck was super dirty on the inside, stains, spills, and the truck listed to the right. Seat was very one sided.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would recommend if one was needed for the area. I was hoping to get the final charge adjusted since I used it for a shorter time and probably less miles than I estimated I would use. I know it’s a not a full blown U-Haul location, only 3 trucks available.

Cearesa NFirst this location did not have formally trained employees to answer my questions. Then the truck was not cleaned out from the previous user. When I attempted to start up the truck I was met with a low tire pressure alert and has to go back in and request that someone turn on the air to refill them myself. If I didnt absolutely need this rental I would have canceled right then because basic safety protocols would be to ensure all tires are inflated to the proper levels before releasing it to a customer. I will continue to use uhaul services but never at this location again.
Andrew VI prefer at the pick up and drop off location the truck be inspected. That is not happening at any of the locations
