I spent nearly two hours there trying to get a truck I had reserved in advance. The lady didn’t know how to use the computer, so I had to call customer service to resolve the issue myself. I had already called beforehand to confirm availability, but she misled me by saying I could just make a reservation online and pick up the key. It was a terrible experience.
Bon TNotified that right rear tire was showing low pressure when I picked the vehicle up. Was told the tire looks like the rest so it was fine. Location did not air up the tire to recommended inflation.
Steven RIt was a gas station and trucks were parked in an empty lot. The loxcation was not i.presive at all. I am pleased that the location had the truck I needed. Having to do everythin with my smart phone was good.
Francisco GJerry was very nice and professional. He explained everything in detail so we had no shocking surprises on the road. I would 100% recommend this location for all of my friends and family. I greatly appreciate his help
