Charlotte really went above and beyond! On the day of my move, my movers called to say they would be arriving late. As a result, I wasn't sure I'd be able to make it back to her location before closing time after loading the van to pick up the trailer I'd reserved to tow my car. Charlotte was kind enough to eliminate this stress by opening up after hours to get my trailer hooked up and my car loaded. She's a rockstar and truly made my day 1000% less stressful. Thank you, Charlotte!
Kameron SCharlotte assisted me today and made the process of renting the truck smooth, quick , and easy ! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely return to this location for moving needs again.
Alyssa WOverall a great experience. Charlotte was very helpful and efficient on checking out and then checking in. One of the best U-Haul rentals I’ve had.
