HOLLY DIt was easy and affordable and quick to get the trailer i needed. I forget the name of the guy there but he was very helpful and made it easy. This is why I recommend and appreciate this location.

Evan JEverything went smoothly with the truck pick up. The truck was cleaned and fueled ready to go. The check in process was simple and quick. Drop off was just as easy. I would recommend this place.
Jeremy LThe problem is not the location. The location is fine. The problem is U-Haul's process to access equipment without a representative. There ARE easier ways for customers to borrow equipment and they should be put in place immediately. 1. The pre-check in process can include the license verification questions 2. The directions to locate the truck on the lot are complicated. 3. The directions to identify which truck one is borrowing is complicated. 4. After one identifies the right truck, one must walk all the way back to the key box to get the key - inconvenient. 5. After getting into the truck, I did not know what the padlock number was. 1. I called to ask which truck was mine. 2. I did a chat to find out the padlock code. I bought something off of Facebook and pulled up. Everyone had to wait while Uhaul told me my padlock code. 3. I called to ask how to return the truck - do I fill it with gas or leave it? I still dont know. =3 contacts to customer service 4. Padlock is rusted and barely works. I have survived a bachelor's degree and a masters degree - which does not prove intelligence - but does prove that I can figure things out. This was too much. I do not recommend anyone ever using a Uhaul without a representative. I feel like I went on a Treasure Hunt that was never ending. Again - location great. Process to get a truck - miserable.

simeon lDropping off the trailer was super easy. I showed up at the lot, and Shane was outside. He showed me where to back up, and he unhooked the trailer. I was checked out in minutes and on my way. Great service.
Carl PI would suggest either training your help staff for check-in through cell phone or fixing the apps and website. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with the support rep telling me to find www.uhaul.com and make sure it was on the approved list. WE DID THIS ON 3 PHONES. When asked to be transferred to a manager or supervisor the agent did not want to do that and finally gave in and put Javier on the phone. While talking to Javier, I told him, let me check the blocked URL's. Much to my surprise, it isn't www.uhaul.com....IT WAS ANOTHER URL Had the agent that handled the initial call knew the right URL it would have been taken care of in minutes not hours. Javier put a note in the file to credit back the rental. I had 2 helpers waiting for 2 hours, which not only did I need to pay, but I lost them for help on loading because they weren't available past that evening. I would like an email back larsd1122@gmail.com or a call 262-234-8309 to review. I made it real simple. credit me back 4 hours of time at the rate the managers for Uhaul are paid. Notice I didn't say on what I pay or am paid, because I am confident it is most likely a bit more. Thanks for reading(I HOPE) and look forward to a call or email with a contact. Sincerely, Kurt

Pamela Cno service online as a person. Very laborious and battery draining operation on mobile app. Ridiculous requirements as a former customer to elevate to this standard das if we have such irregular regulations in government! My battery dies trying to fulfill these requests and doesn't allow me back in the app. I hate this mobile stuff, do not recommend it.
MATTHEW KDid not use the trailer for a long haul. Move was delayed. U-Haul refunded the major portion of the fee, charging me instead the daily rate for one day. Thanks U-Haul.

Kim SThe site covered in ice and snow. The tires on the vehicle were completely bald. I had to dig ourselves out of the ice and snow multiple times. The windshield wipers and fluid were non existent and a joke! If I wasn’t in such desperation for a truck, I would’ve tried to choose another truck somewhere else. The gentleman at the front desk was great though, all has to do with the condition and the way the truck drove.
Helen GThe folks at the store and in customer service were great. How ever the truck was not functioning. After I loaded it, it would not start. They sent someone out to jump it and again it would not start. They towed it back to the pick up location, and I was given a different truck which I then had to un load and reload to the new truck. The whole thing set me back about 4hrs and I was late to my destination had to miss several hours of work and due to the nature of what I was doind caused me to now be a day and a half behind my schedule which could jeopordize the success of what I had intended. I would appreciate a call and at least a partial refend for all of the trouble and for potentially ruining a project which has taken almost a year to organize. Thanks

Daniel TNo staffing, no fence or secure areas. Poor response from Uhaul phone support. Was not told I had to make an appointment to drop off the equipment. They did inform me I could use and app and drop off with my own picture proof..for $20!! processing fee! Load of crap... they really should be more careful about who they allow to rent and return equipment to.

Eric MI was so happy with the U-Haul rental. I was a first time pull behind trailer renter and I was very nervous. Your Equipment ran so smoothly and pulled so easily. It quickly made me feel confident and safe. I usually rent from Dave but he didn't have the trailer I needed and sent me to Shawn. They were both very accommodating and friendly. I have used Dave (0666) for a long time and I was always treated right. Shaun was very friendly and kind as well. Thank you for making me feel confident. Kevin IBEW

The website kept timing out, and I had to manually check in and that took quite a while because I was waiting in line. The guy there is excellent, got through the line at a steady pace, made sure everyone was taken care of. A great location. Everything except the online self-service check in was excellent.
