The lot was full of snow, mad parking difficult. The drop off location was clearly labeled so it was easy to find the key drop.

Put a jack on the trailer. The hitch weight is to much someone is going to get hurt trying to hook it up. Please. Steve.

Uhaul dispatch could get their act together and not send me to a location known to be "unavailable" on Wednesdays. To explain: There is another business at that location that assisted me in contacting UHaul dispatch and UHaul district manager and got me the truck. So I have NO COMPLAINT with the folks there. Scheduling should never have sent me there in the first place. By the way the guy at North Beach Storage and UHaul where I set this up in the first place was exceptionally helpful even when he did not ultimately get the rental he assisted me in getting a furniture dolly I needed. He answered my calls, changed my reservations and was incredibly helpful. His name is Dave Krofta. Also the guy at Area Storage that is running the other business from that location went above and beyond to get me the truck when UHaul should have known Wednesdays that location is not available for truck pickup.

Possibly make sure all lights work, no broken light covers & most importantly CHECK TIRE PRESSURE!! Not everyone has the thought to do this before hitting the road, glad I did, my trailer was at 30 & 28 psi should've been 65psi. Not very cool

24-hr drop-off was all I needed and so it sufficed.
