Waited 45 minutes after my reservation for the guy who rents out Uhaul to show up in a building that had no air conditioning it felt like a sauna. Shows a neighborhood dealer but is actually a place to put systems in your car and the two definitely do not go together. Even when the guy showed up I still had to wait for him to feed all FOUR of his turtles shrimp in their green swamp water I'm not sure how I didn't throw up. I requested 50 miles and was given a price of$51 upon returning the van he tells me he only charge me for 20 miles. My house is 6 miles away from the location they switched from my original reservation that was supposed to be on 19th.I accidentally left my debit card in the van after dropping off and I was getting random charges on my card when I called the location they said they were getting ready to call the bank which I don't understand why when they know I rented the van my name is on the card and they have all my contact information why didn't they call me? Because they were using my debit card. I called and reported the fraudulent charges. I will not be renting with uhaul again I've used uhaul services for many years with absolutely no issue I am astonished.Mckayla M.

Fix your "contactless" pick up, its very slow (nearly 30 minutes) and required ridiculous validation then asked that I go INSIDE, which is not "CONTACTLESS". It's pretty much just me doing your job. Horrible experience.Mindy B.

I had a very difficult time picking up truck from my phone. It is not easy. Even though my time was changed from 6:30 to 7:30 while I was live chatting with your representative, I was charged for extra time. I probably would not use u haul again.Ruth G.

My husband and I used the self service option. It did not take 15 minutes. It took nearly an hour to leave with our truck. We had to push our reservation and we had movers helping us so they had to wait for us. The approval process should really be done like the day before or something. I told the rep that I spoke to, Nadine that I wanted a supervisor and instead she took 20 minutes to process our application and hardly send a word and then just ended the chat when I asked for a supervisor.Michael Q.

Ignition was faulty. Not having a live person at a pick up location is very frustrating. I was on hold over 45 min and never got through to tech support. The location at 51st Ave &. Cactus is So much better. The App is frustrating. I won't use this location again.Olivia T.

Customer service was poor and there was a discrepancy with the original quote. The truck was clean but the dolly was in poor condition. When I returned the next day for the auto hitch, the personnel made me wait while they sold other products to customers before helping me attach the hitch. The computer system had issues and delayed my scheduled pickup. I will be sure to not recommend this location in the future.LARRY U.

When I finally got assistance, the guy seems like it was his first day and didn't know what was going on. Never, ever will I use this location again. The truck that I rented had a severe shimmie in it whenever I got over 45mph. The front end would shake so bad that I had to keep below 45mph.Morgan H.
I was very upset with the uhaul app and phone service. I waited over 35 minutes to have my ID verified and while I was waiting I sent some communication through the app and no one ever responded. Unacceptable!! Then I decided to call uhaul's 800 number and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to answer. I was very frustrated and lost valuable time. I did not plan on spending an hour to get the truck. I do not plan on using uhaul in the future. I can't believe my experience!Janelle B.

You put a pending charge on my account. I barely had enough to pay for the truck. So you wouldnt take my card when I tried to pay and drop off the truck. My son ended up paying for the truck but you still didn't refund my money. I am disabled. I had to borrow money from my daughter because your " Chuck" was so slow to respond I got hit with nsf fee. I would like a refund of my 31.16 as only put 8 miles on that truck and it cost me 65.16. How could you do that to an elderly disabled woman???Denise S.

I was extremely disappointed with your rate service. I went online and got a rate of $207 for a 5 x 8 trailer. I then went to a local dealer to make sure it would work. They told me their rate would be $256, I showed them the online rate and they told me I would have to drive 20 miles to get that rate. So I said I would take theirs. Then they told me they didn't have a one way and that they would set one up but that it would only be a couple of miles. They would have a manager call me . Later that night Tony calls me and says that they didn't have anything close but I could drive 15 miles and get one. For that he would knock off $25. I was leaving in the morning so I had to take it. If I had known I would have taken the $207. Why aren't your prices consistent?Kerry S.

The exact opposite from the Pick Up location. The UHaul personnel at this location (Arizona Sound) were very professional and helpful. The person unhooked the trailer and completed the process expeditiously. Thank you!dennis D.
