I scheduled a 2:00 pm pickup and when I arrived there was nobody there that could sign out the truck to me. I had to come back after 3:00. Then when I dropped off I was overcharged for fuel. I picked up with 1/4 tank and dropped it back off with a 1/4 tank but was charged $21.60 for almost 4 gallons without any explanation. I am not happy about that.
