You put a pending charge on my account. I barely had enough to pay for the truck. So you wouldnt take my card when I tried to pay and drop off the truck. My son ended up paying for the truck but you still didn't refund my money. I am disabled. I had to borrow money from my daughter because your " Chuck" was so slow to respond I got hit with nsf fee. I would like a refund of my 31.16 as only put 8 miles on that truck and it cost me 65.16. How could you do that to an elderly disabled woman???

I was extremely disappointed with your rate service. I went online and got a rate of $207 for a 5 x 8 trailer. I then went to a local dealer to make sure it would work. They told me their rate would be $256, I showed them the online rate and they told me I would have to drive 20 miles to get that rate. So I said I would take theirs. Then they told me they didn't have a one way and that they would set one up but that it would only be a couple of miles. They would have a manager call me . Later that night Tony calls me and says that they didn't have anything close but I could drive 15 miles and get one. For that he would knock off $25. I was leaving in the morning so I had to take it. If I had known I would have taken the $207. Why aren't your prices consistent?

The 19 dollars a day ended up being 50 dollars. Will not tent there again will go to the 67th an bell again. It didn't cost but 22 dollars

The exact opposite from the Pick Up location. The UHaul personnel at this location (Arizona Sound) were very professional and helpful. The person unhooked the trailer and completed the process expeditiously. Thank you!

There was no actual person from UHaul there. I had to call a number and speak to someone then they called the Arizona Sound person to tell them it was okay so they could go to a lock box and get the key to give to me. It worked out, but it was unusual and unexpected.

I was called and told to come get my truck the night before I requested to pick it up. Then I was told thisbwoukd be at no extra charged and you still charged me for two days when I only used it for one. I want a refund of one of those days!



The location is not open for business until 10am even on weekdays. This makes it less competitive in terms of customer service.

need have the truck ready for the time reserved, staff was not on duty at the location, had to wait 25 minutes and more after that to get the paperwork ready when I already had check in done online. option to pick up self service was advertised but actually was not available. the truck was dirty on the outside, missing the bumper and was running rough the whole time. was advertised for 10miles/gallon, I had to refill almost double, and on top of that was charged for extra fuel and fee. still have to argue to get my money back for the fuel and fuel refill fee.

The person in charge of this uhaul dealer is the worst. I have never had an experience like this before. On Thursday the 29th i had a reservation for 4:30pm under Nancy Namous. The guy was not at the location most of the day. I know this because i kept calling them to get info before i reserved it. he was at location when i showed up around 3:45pm. Even after the reservation and setting up for easy check out he made things complicated. He ended up leaving in the middle of me trying to pick up truck for the day so i didnt even get the truck i needed on the day i needed it. Since he left and i didnt have the truck the day i needed it i was forced to come back the next day. instead of getting my 2 day rental in ended up being on because they are closed sundae Monday Tuesday. since i did not get the truck on the day i needed it i was forced to have to load a little of the truck before work and rest after work. The point of getting the truck on the 29th was so i can load the truck up and have everything ready to move in. Instead i was up all night last night moving because nothing was loaded in truck until after work. The guy chargers my card for $45 on a one day rental even though it said it was only 19.99 plus mileage. He forced me to get the insurance even though i did not want it. Today he has been calling and texting saying that he needs $6.79 to reimburse for mileage. I dont understand why considering i got an email from uhaul saying i was charged 38 and some change. When i reviewed my statement it shows that the 45 and change he charged me was taken out and was even given a credit of 7 and some change. Still for some reason he is threatening me telling me if i dont come back and pay the $6.79 i will not be able to rent uhaul again. I have used uhaul plenty of times not just for myself but family and friends. This is the worst experience i have ever dealt with. I could not believe that he just left me when i was trying to pick up my reserved truck that i needed for 2 days and even more upset when i was told that i would have to complete the move in one day because he cant rent it out for 2 days. All i know is if i were uhaul company this should be something to be concerned about. This man is ripping people off and getting away with it. i am going on no sleep because of the way this man runs his bussiness. He screwed me over and didnt even apologize for it. If it wasnt for him being the only one who had the truck i needed in my area i would have not gone back. Now for sure i will not do bussiness with him again and will be recommending others dont either. I will be going everywhere i cane to post my review and experience. If uhaul continues to allow someone like him to run one of the authorized location i may not do business with uhaul all together. Honestly i think because of the way he handled our reservation and blew me off when i was trying to pick up the truck i feel like i should be reimbursed for all charges. I made a reservation at 3pm at a location that's closer to me for a 7pm pickup. An hour before my scheduled pickup time I was notified via voicemail that my pickup location was changed to one that is 5 miles further. I called that location and a lady told me that the uhaul guy left so I couldn't come to that location for a pickup. I was left in limbo called locations back and forth to figure out where I was supposed to go to get a uhaul for me to move. I was on a very tight scheduled, hence the reason for a reservation. Furthermore, I reserved a dolly online. I am a veteran and have severe back problems but I never received the dolly I reserved. To top it all off I was charged for the extra miles for my trip even though the trip would have been significantly shorter if I was able to pick up at my initial reservation location.
