The trailer seemed fine when picked up. On my journey the driver side rear leaf spring snapped...causing left rear tire to run against the metal bracket and chain. This is after 333 miles. On day 2 same day tire gets replaced after arriving to second location 489 miles both tires on right side were down to the silver wire of the tires...should have blown. Well made tires thank god. If it wasnt for the tow truck driver who came and cared...me and my girl would have more than likely had a huge blow out hauling our tacoma Which fyi i think is to heavy for that trailer...not happy with this situation at all...ive worked for uhaul in the past. #1 goal is equipment safety. Idk if its getting over looked but this is the worst move ive ever had idk if its the so called locations fault but this is wild that within 24 hrs this has happened. My 26ft also the ramp is stuck and wont come out at all...

Purchased equipment was not in the truck. Truck was not available at pick up time. Had to go back later in the day when the facility was open to get moving equipment. Not a smooth process.

Cyrus SOnly one person who was too busy selling a car. He told me where to park it and went about his business. I had trouble dislodging the hitch and again he was too busy to assist. I finally rocked my truck enough to disconnect. I asked him if there was anything I needed to sign, he said I was good to go on 6/3/26, when it was delivered to his lot.
Frank FI parked out front by the street and was informed to drive around to the back loading area. After that, it was easy drop off and friendly service.

DEZMOND SFirst, the truck I originally booked was not available so the uhaul booking agent changed the location for pick up and put me in a larger truck. Then, none off the equipment I rented was available. Then when they offered to bring it from another location it was 2 hours later than what was estimated. Moving is already a hassle and not having the appropriate equipment made it that much harder. The day turned into a very long night because of the set backs and obstacles that uhaul caused.
JEANA MNo one was there at the location, and the doors were locked, even though the location had a sign saying it was open till 5pm. I showed up at 4pm. I had to call Uhaul North Arizona Dispatch who told me to drive to the back of the building and unhook the trailer and drop in in a parking lot myself, no assistance what so ever. Then they told me to take a pic of it sitting in the parking lot, and that would be my proof I dropped it off. This location deserves a 0% for doing absolutely nothing, and when I called the number posted on the door to get ahold of Chris. I got no answer. Dispatch had to call him to get ahold of him. Terrible customer service. 0%
