Although the location manager was excellent the self check-in was a disaster. If I had been there after hours I would not have been able to use the self check-in feature. There was not a number available to call for assistance like was offered during the checkout process, where the self checkout process wouldn't work as well. I used the self checkout/check-in process 5 years ago with know issue. Don't know why it wouldn't work years later.

awful. maps take you to a parking lot where the numbers on the window doesn’t match then there is a ran down u-haul sign with another sign saying they moved around the side almost in the back you could not see it was for u-haul or anything very poor advertising the trailers there looked like weeds we’re growing around them so the business it’s self looks very worn down

When I arrived at this location, the app didn’t recognize that I was there. I had to actually drive a small distance away for it to see that I was in the area. Also, when I tried to take the pictures before taking the truck, they would not upload for some reason. I did however get it figured out but it probably took 30 minutes or more to get the keys. It would be nice if it wasn’t such a lengthy process.

I dropped off the day after I received truck I called numerous times to make sure got checked in since I was after hours no one would answer so called 800 so they could get them to do it ....days later getting text about family waiting on truck I already dropped off days ago called 800 obviously still no one saying checked in then finally get receipt saying checked in Sunday no I dropped off Thursday so not good for me at all and app wasnt working for me to do self check in which never was really explained anyways
