The gentleman working at this pickup location was very helpful and made my trip much easier. He had great customer service and saved me the hassle of having to drive all the way to yulee.

Used this service area before. They told me that there was a charge for fuel. Although I started the trip with 41 miles to empty and ended the trip with over 60 miles to empty, the manager told me that I was charged for additional fuel. He said that I was to return it with 3/16 tank full which I was never told this by anyone when I received the truck. I averaged around 8-9 miles per gallon and there was over 2 gallons more fuel but I got charged for additional fuel. I also put much less miles than on the contract but getting no refund for having less mileage.

I felt like the truck was hard to drive. It seemed to be a lot I f work. Exhausted after driving. The breaks was slow to work..The tranmission seemed to drag.Maybe l felt these things because I'm not use to driving it. But l must say it was excellent on gas.l went 38 miles and had to replace 10 dollars in gas! Fanstatic!!!

Pickup and drop off were simple and straightforward. No issues with the equipment. The rental went great. I would rent the car trailer from this location again in the future. I rated the location 4 stars instead of 5 because it is a gas station and convenience store mainly. So you may have to wait just a few extra minutes while other customers are served before you.

Another HORRIBLE experience with U-Haul. No equipment available where we rented. Having to wait over an hour for someone to return a truck only to be told they weren’t returning and I would have to drive 30 minutes away to the ghetto to get equipment. This cost us money for the movers time while we were trying to sort everything out. I don’t know how this Company manages to have issues with every single reservation we have made.

I didn't check uhaul out until almost 10 am and my reservation was at 9am the guy called me and threatened to call the police saying I stole his truck it was 9am . I will never go back there or recommend anyone to go back they're for anything so you'll just let any one text uhaul track but they ask have hatred towards my skin color after I spend my hard earned money.. I will tell every one to never rent a uhaul from that location especially if you skin looks like mine

The rubber around the door fell completely off. Almost fell out of the truck tripping on it. This was thr first time I ever had an issue. Other than that the experience was really good.

Very unorganized. The owner of the store is trying to run a convience store and uhaul at same time leaving customers standing for 20 minutes or more to get uhaul. Customers aren't explained the process are told to go on a website and basically figure it out there selves. Uhaul should be a shame of themselves franchising out Uhaul to unethical people who could care less about customer service and just interested in making profits.

Truck was beat up but served it’s purpose for our local move. Our loaders from Certified Movers Terrance and Mike were phenomenal. I still can’t believe the workload they produced in just 3 hours.

My equipment I believe was faulty and my property was damaged from towing my car. It almost came unconnected to uhual. I had to stop serval times and even had to call a tow for help. I tried reaching out to the location and haven’t heard back from them. My car could have killed somebody. Issue needs addressed.

The front windshield had an air leak and made a high pitched squeal for over five hours of our drive. The passenger wiper fell off. The back had some sort of water leak from the wet roads. Windshield was covered in bugs... I called and filed a complaint two days ago and have nor heard back. Very disappointed for the cost we paid.

Went to return to location that was told to return and that location had no information on my return. Had to wait to get that all fixed. Very unorganized and waisted my time . Will never use your company again

It took 3 tries to get me an acceptable truck. The first trucks back door was opened and bed was all wet. Not ideal for moving boxes. He then gave me a second truck. I went to inspect that truck and there were homeless people sleeping in the back. He chased them away and still wanted to give me that truck. I asked for a different one that turned out to be fine. I suggested that he lock the trucks at night but he said they just break the locks off and the police don’t do anything if they are called. I believe that this franchisee could do a better job at preserothe image of U-haul

The owner would not accept a check made out to U-Haul from the Bethel Church. The owner would not even consider accepting the check and was somewhat rude.

I was charged for gas after I put gas in the vehicle after use. I was told the price was19.99 only to be charged much more! I am not satisfied with being charged over $50 for only having the vehicle for a couple of hours!
