Was a small gas station without clear parking instructions. The gentlemen took the key and did not provide a receipt nor inspection. I knew I was going to be erroneously charged and I was. No reason, just a 50 dollar hit to my card. Not a fan of this check out. Would have appreciated a walk thru and explanation.

Schontavia WFirst you can lower the rate per mile. The economy is suffering and hard times are falling and to raise the rate per mile is ridiculous. You are a multi billion dollar company, you do not fix the trucks like they should be, the rates are terrible. Budget is .79 cent a mile I don’t understand why there is a cost per mile anyways. We replenish the gas for the truck. I can’t make money with my business have to pay out $200 right off the top to rent a truck. Rich get richer the poor get poorer. How about having a sense of compassion for folks that still have to use your trucks to move stuff and not gouge the pockets. You will be making money regardless. How about look out for the fellow American and not so much your pockets. Thanks.
