Proprietor was not able to explain the insurance. Otherwise, he was helpful. He suggested I call 1-800-Gouhaul. I attempted to get through on that number 6 times and never got through. Oddly, when I used his phone I got through but after holding for 20plus minutes, I hung up with no answer to my insurance questions. After leaving the facility, I was sent a text stating a different drop off location than I had been advised of on repeat occasions. The text said as per our conversation which was not true, the change was never discussed with me. The new, preciously undisclosed location was an additional 20 miles farther and would require me to go over mountain that would take a lot longer. I returned the trailer to the location in Petersburg as per my original contract/order.
