I had to take the truck to one location and the car accessory to another across town. Don’t do that to people. I was able to call and get it resolved by leaving everything at one location. Even though I was past work hours the owner came out to help.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe vehicle inside where a driver and passenger sit was dirty. Both the floor and the seats were not cleaned. Additionally, I picked the vehicle up thinking I’d have at least 3/4 tank of gas and when I turned on the truck, it only had a quarter of a tank which is a dissatisfied, not something I should be worried about when picking up a fresh truck for me to drive, especially when U-Haul charges the previous drivers for the gas if they don’t fill it back up to the appropriate expectation of fuel.
FRANCIS SMake sure the rules are enforced for absolutely NO SMOKING inside the vehicles. Some customers have medical conditions that could be affected. Also, give special offers to military/veterans.
Mardea CThe experience was great and it was affordable. I think it’s just in a dirty area, run down Exxon. They park the trucks in the weeds. Going around to take before pics of the truck you worry about poison ivy n snakes and broken glass/ nails. They really need to pave any area they are parking their trucks. This location if far too small for the # of trucks they have
