Everything was fine accept the equipment rented to me was not working properly and wasn’t explained to me.

jose fIt would be very helpful to process the verification step before the scheduled pick up. That was an unexpected delay that wasn't great but everything else was great.
BILLIE HTrailer looked old and worn as opposed to the other ones that were available.
Deborah MThe van showed a change oil indicator. It wasnt very clean as well. Wish the rubber mat in the back wasnt loose as i put my stuff in it wouldn't stay in place and presented a problem. It's a convenient store so can't expect a whole lot.
