I made a 9:30 reservation pickup and was not cleared until 10:20 am. A substitute worker was there and did not have authorization to release rental. The experience was extremely stressful as I was transferred 2x. The girl was very pleasant, it was not her fault. I believe the 1st contact could have remedied the issue without transferring to someone else.

The first location we went to was not accessible and it was closed. We wasted two hours on the phone and we kept getting the run around. Poor customer service and terrible processing.
