Worst U-haul experience EVER! The office stunk like rat urine/feces. The lady stunk like the aforementioned. No one to help put the 6x6x12 onto my jeep. The office lady came out and we finally were able to lift the tongue off the ground. I am 77 years old and a month out of major surgery. On the return, again, no one to help take the U-haul off the hitch on my jeep. I had to walk all over the field where the trailer was to be parked to find 2x6 and concrete blocks to put under the tongue, while still on the jeep, then use my jeeps spare tire jack, again on blocks I had to scrounge from around the field, in order to lift the trailer tongue off the ball. Terrible service…just terrible.

The lady at this location was extremely friends and helpful. On her end there was nothing she could do but explained the situation and that the latch had been broken and the lock we could not remove due to the damage they did trying to remove the lock.

RAMIRO AWas sent to pick up at a different location that was set a day earlier. Had to wait in line. Got to the counter and they couldn’t find the trailer. Sent me to another location 8 miles away after I had driven 30 minutes to my reservation that had been confirmed a day earlier. They told me to call to get $50 off which I will do. Overall a bad experience
RAY HI dropped off after hours so I did not interact with anyone. Location is nice and clean
MICHAEL IReturn parking was a huge problem. Also, I was charged for a third day when I was told if I returned it on Sunday, I would only be charged for two days.
BRUCE HLocation of the truck was fine however paying 1.39 per mile was on the high side. Usual I have unlimited miles and never had to return the haul to the same location.
Shelton AThe agents at this location are very rude. Especially the gentleman! When i got the Van , is was not very clean. Seats were dirty with cats hair or dog hair. I used this van to transport Flowers and Food to an event. I usually Rent in this place because i leave 5 min away from this location but the agents needs to be more polite and more careful with the cleaning of the rental truck.. I'm planning to rent in April another Truck to transport flowers. I hope this help.. Also, i'm planning to rent very frequent And i ask for a better price per mile? As a frequent customer Uhaul should a have a program to accumulate points and redeem them to the reduce the cost per miles. Thank you Ramiro Anzaldua
RAMIRO AThe staff were great! I was thinking for location that is closer to Mansfield that the location would be cleaner. The Van was dusty and dirty and since I am a clean person, I was really annoyed by this. I did not want to put my drink in the cup holders because they all were dirty. The area where the cargo goes was dirty as well. The floor has sticky stuff on it and it was just very dirty. I was also pissed about this as well. I will not go back to that particular location. I think giving someone a dirty vehicle is unacceptable. What is I had new furniture and items?

TRACIE PVery disappointed with general experience. I booked a 15' with an appliance dolly. When I arrived the couple working were in the middle of a cussing fight. I was them told they didn't have an appliance dolly and I would have to go to Home Depot to rent one $21. The rental fee was $29.99 plus miles. I traveled about 40-45 miles (after driving to get a dolly). The tank was left at 1/8 and I was told I would get a $20 credit if I brought it back at 1/4. My total charge was $111. Not to mention the way too many emails and text for such a small transaction.
DAVID STook forever to get the rental. The guy working had no sense of urgency. He made me load up and disconnect the trailer by myself with no help. And I have a twisted spine so that was horrible. Then came back and as he sees me waiting to drive in I told him I was returning he told me to pull in and drop it off. And did not help yet again. After it took him forever to let me in. No customer service skills, crappy attitude and would not suggest anyone to use this location.
RICKY CUpon arrival, Mike told me they couldn't accept my early arrival at 4 :30 as they had no space and told me to come back next morning at 9;30 which i did. was then told next morning sorry by mike HE STILL HAD NO SPACE, AND WHEN I SAID I WAS LEAVING UHAUL ON THE STREET HE THEN SAID TO BRING BACK TO THE BACK LOT WHICH HAD "PLENTY OF SPACES". Very disappointing, but in the end i got what i wanted. Office was very cluttered and messy. Not a inviting place.

RICHARD CVery disorganized area, there is help there but good luck getting any. I waited for someone to even acknowledge I was there in front of them. Equipment was dirty with debris still in it. Ball hitch was extremely hard to operate. I could go on….. but why?
DAVID JI rented a truck and it was 2012 and 130k miles and the transmission was bad, I had a bad experience and I did not receive any compensation, it is not recommended

Needs to learn that it is easier to bring a tow dolly to the truck instead of trying multiple times to bring the truck perfectly to the tow dolly. Had to call for help there too. Harold KI have been in the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas area for 1.5 years and just now learning that there are not many U-Haul locations. Instead, there are more U-Haul neighborhood dealers. I made a reservation in at least a couple of weeks in advance, but the truck was not available at the location that I reserved it at. I did not realize they only had one 26 footer size truck. I mean, how would I know that? So, I had to call, delaying the start of my move, delaying the start of my mover that I have to pay per hour, etc., because the reservation had to be changed to another U-Haul neighborhood dealer location. And they only had one 26 footer size truck. I’m glad I was able to still get a truck but it changed the schedule of my move. It seems that is the norm for U-Haul. I may need to start renting through a different truck rental company when I move again. Outside of that, the truck operated like it should except for the back was not clean and some of my furniture ended up dirty because of it.

JENNIFER VI scheduled my reservation for 9am… wasn’t available till 11am. I paid for 12 moving blankets, only received 6 due to the representative at the location selling 6 to another customer due to “his Harley going to Tennessee” and said even though I had booked it before him, she couldn’t refund him so I didn’t get all the blankets I paid for. When I unloaded and folded up blankets for return, I realized I didn’t even get 6, we only had 5. So I got less than half even though I paid for 12. The center console was raised, so upon leaving I lowered it for comfort and realized they did not clean any of it. It had dried sticky residue like coke liquids and grime as well as trash behind the seats. I found items from the previous driver in the slot under the radio like name tags with the name “Brenda Smith”. The office where the rentals are done had old moldy coffee cups full of old coffee. 0 out of 10, don’t recommend…

CHARLENE STruck had a major problems. After an hour going down the hwy it started bouncing up and down. Like speed bumps in the road. Slowed down to 30mph still did it. Maybe one wheel bearing locking up. Stopped, checked tires, everything looked ok. Then drove ok. Happened twice. Then drove the last hour ok. Boxes shifted everywhere. Damage to top of old drop table. And antelope lamp stem.
