Had a location chosen to drop the U-Haul back off for a discount and went to do so then the worker called me and asked if I can drop it off where I originally picked it up at and said the price wouldn’t not change at all. Well that was a lie I went from paying 90$ something all the way to 162$

Garee MThis location was phenomenal but my experience with U-Haul was the worst. I made it to U-Haul at 6pm per my original reservation only to not be able to check in at all. After refreshing the app U-Haul had changed my reservation time and location without sending a single notification. This caused me to be late over an hour and pushed everything I had planned out the window. I will definitely recommend doing in person pick ups from now on and not using the self serve.
