Don't forget to input reservations. The U Haul reservation system was down when I tried to reserve a Cargo Van, so I called the business to make sure one was available for the next day and make my reservation. When I showed up the next day to pick up the Cargo Van, they said I didn't have a reservation and there was no van available. I had to rent a truck that cost me $0.99 per mile instead of $0.69 per mile due to their error.

It took 30 minutes or more for me to get my truck because there were only two people working and only one computer working to service guests. Will probably go to an actual U Haul place next time that has resources to handle numerous customers at once

Location was very small and not easily accessible. Office was messy and unorganized. Workers hygiene was well below average (stinky & smelly). Workers personality was unprofessional, they argued between each other on who was right. While they were arguing between each other they weren’t listening to anything I was saying. Took workers awhile to figure out my order (even though I’d pre-checked in prior to pick up). Workers originally said they did not have a truck my size, which they ended up having one. Took over an hour to get my truck even after doing everything online prior to coming. I was on a deadline & they really put a cramp in my day. There were multiple marks on the truck that were not marked with the “X” sticker when we did the walk around. I also had a giftcard ($25) from a year ago & they wouldn’t accept it. The guy especially was terrible, lady seemed educated but the guy wouldn’t listen to her, he was too busy trying to be right. This place needs help!!!

I did not receive the dolly I paid for but was refunded and was basically forced to turn a 24 hour rental into less than 4 hours because it was double booked. No discount, just hurry, we need it back asap.

The owner of this location was really helpful to answer all questions I had concerning my rental. They reserved the truck we requested over the phone and delivered what they promised. Nice owner and office manager. To improve their business, they should be ready to do business when they open the doors at 8:30AM. We showed up at 8:30 and they were just arriving. It took about 10 minutes for them to get organized and to log into their computer. Overall it was a good experience.

I was redirected to this location because Tobias Zavala did not do his job and did not make the keys available for the truck that I had scheduled per the self check in process on The entire screw up cost me several hundred dollars and I lost three hours of my day. I would not recommend the online self serve process to anyone.

I switched over to the self serve option because it said it would be better and quicker, and immediately regretted it. It was really cold outside and there were tons of steps and some were unnecessary in my opinion.



Overall it was a good experience. However, although my reservation was for 8:30am, there were several delays (staff forgot key to office & had to go back and get it, also truck was not ready, staff had to go in the back and get the truck, etc.). Also, I was overcharged. I reserved one pack of furniture pads, but I was charged for two packs. I mentioned this when I was in the office, but when I saw my emailed receipt, I saw that the charge was not corrected.
