Have the employees show up on time and the cars be cleaned beforehand. The inside of the truck was "cleaned" but was still wet and had a pooling of cleaner in the seat. Also, the truck I got, which was only for a 3 hour rental, had the check engine light go off on my way to return it. I didn't get full story about why the place opened up 15 mins late, but apparently someone didn't show up for their shift and the truck guy doesn't know how to use the reservation system. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Garee MThis location was phenomenal but my experience with U-Haul was the worst. I made it to U-Haul at 6pm per my original reservation only to not be able to check in at all. After refreshing the app U-Haul had changed my reservation time and location without sending a single notification. This caused me to be late over an hour and pushed everything I had planned out the window. I will definitely recommend doing in person pick ups from now on and not using the self serve.
