The first vehicle had a check engine like come on....
Brad DDisappointed that I requested 4wheel dolly at the time of reservation (2 days before scheduled pick up) and was not notified that dolly was not available. I unfortunately had to drive to different location/store to rent said dolly. Out of the way.

Eric TFrom gas tank level being reported incorrectly, to having to load and secure my car onto an auto transport that turned out to have a flat, the experience was awful and cost a lot of time and money. When I discovered the flat, just before leaving, the employee refused to unhook the auto transport so that we could go elsewhere and made us wait for roadside assistance. I had to uber my wife to our house to finish packing and loading her car and to start our travels without me.
