The vehicle is really bad and not working properly is the switch is broken no light turn on the light so it's really bad vehicle to rent a vehicle from there?

We have rented here at least 8 times in the 16years we have been in Texas Continue to go back because of the great customer service
Ken H.Rep was annoyed that we interrupted his day. Was upset that we ordered the truck with little notice. Next time we need a last minute van we'll just use Home Depot. Driver side seat was also broken and not comfortable. Good thing we only had a short distance to travel.
