Franchise manager lacks on corporate policy. Talked me out of unit wanted and put into a unit i did not need The overall quality of unit received was bad used 25 gals of fuel on 120. Miles driven. Told manager about it he did not seem to care

Next time tell the customer they can still drop off the truck on a Sunday. I called to check to see what time I could bring truck on Sunday and it says it's closed. And I ended up in the hospital that night and couldn't return truck until Tuesday and still got charged for 3 days. The trucks drive horribly they need to be maintained better.

The gentleman at the front desk was very informative in answering any questions, and most accommodating with allowing us to make an after hours return (after 15 straight hours of moving). We cannot thank him enough, and we will definitely use this facility again for any future hauling needs.

I had ordered a dolly rental and to pick up at a different location, things changed and I got my truck here but did not receive the dolly, I should have checked up front so no hard feelings, when I dropped off we had it resolved. Overall nothing about pick up was difficult or unpleasant.

I was told on the phone by u-haul I could do an after hours drop off at this location but it is NOT setup for after hours drop offs.

I only had two concerns through my experience: 1) How to secure the furniture pads in the back of the truck when dropping the truck off after hours? It would be very easy for anyone walking past to get curious and open an unsecured cargo area. Perhaps a padlock to be used in such situations could be offered? Add the key to the keyring alongside the truck key to be dropped off in the lock box. This would allow the customer to protect the rental equipment they are responsible for as well as ensure the rental location could access the cargo bay easily. For this reason all the pads were locked in the cab. 2) Dropping the truck off after hours was a bit of a trick. The site is limited as to what there is to work with, there's only so much driveway space between the fence and the road. It took a a bit of doing to ensure the truck wasn't poking out into the road. If there was a way to improve the drop off location I'm sure customers would appreciate it. Otherwise, everything went just fine. I appreciated the reminder email a day or two in advance to check to make sure everything was on track as well as the follow-up call to check the same when I found myself running behind schedule.

Poor service and customer service follow up after reserving trucks and equipment. Multiple small errors with car auto transport reservation and IT issues while reserving car auto transport reservation. Also, third party movers were disrespectful and disruptive. Recommend ending ties with them for Uhaul’s reputation.

The location I picked up/dropped off at was great. The truck was fine too. My experience with uhaul, specifically scheduling was terrible. I searched for a 10 foot truck multiple times and on each occasion, the truck was listed as available on the website with a drop down for the times I could schedule it. After booking the truck I received a confirmation email and completed the express check-in. To my dismay, again multiple times, the schedulers would get to reservation about an hour before pickup just to tell me the truck was in fact not available and I was out of luck. This was extremely frustrating. Even if the website solely places a reservation as a “preference” it doesn’t stand to make sense that it would show the vehicle as available if it is not available, not to mention, provide you with a confirmation - which evidently means nothing - of the unavailable vehicle. I’m sure somehow this system makes sense for uhaul, but it is not user friendly and the last minute, actual, scheduling is inconvenient, behind the times, and extremely frustrating. There are other companies that do the same job and cause me less of headache. Even if it costs more, I will take by business there next time.

Inform customer of mileage limit if their is one. I was charged $6.34 more for mileage. I was not aware of excessive mileage limit.
