My driver couldn't have picked a worse area to break down in. Being 8+ hours away from home, between all rental car agencies Enterprise, Avis, Hertz, Priceline, you name it; my driver was just about stranded in the middle of nowhere. On one google search and a whim, I found this U-Haul dealer location. From the first couple words I spoke with the boss man Jack, to the continuous follow up calls from Shawn, they made the entire experience stress free for me, my bosses and driver. Jack put his foot into motion right away, picked up my driver from the next town over, and dropped him off at the closest dealer that had what he needed to get home. Shawn took care of the entire confirmation process while on the phone with me. And even after that location messed up in saying that they had a box truck available and did not, Shawn did not hesitate to go back and pick up my driver, bring back to their location, get him into a truck and headed home. As I originally stated, Shawn made sure to call me at every "checkpoint", keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Both Jack and Shawn followed up with me the next day, ensuring that my driver made it back safely. For one the most stressful things to happen so far away, Jack and Shawn truly made sure that we were taken care of to the fullest. I couldn't express my gratitude enough if I wanted to.
