Had issues with the app, couldn't take pictures of truck upon renting, not sure if it was my phone, so I'm giving U-Haul the benefit of a doubt. Tried calling in return because of online issues, it was a chore, BUT U-Haul generously gave me a fuel credit, THANK YOU, I so appreciate it! It made things right and I'll continue to rent from you and recommend U-Haul!

Educate the clerk in the store so that they know what U-Haul is. Make sure the app is working so it doesn’t take 43mins to leave with the truck. Dont send 20 emails/ask for info that doesn’t get saved. Make sure the equipment asked for is in the truck.
