Educate the clerk in the store so that they know what U-Haul is. Make sure the app is working so it doesn’t take 43mins to leave with the truck. Dont send 20 emails/ask for info that doesn’t get saved. Make sure the equipment asked for is in the truck.

The truck we picked up was extremely dirty and we returned the truck with more gas than we picked it up with and got charged.
