Had issue trying to check truck in after hours on uhaul.com app. Called customer servce - on hold 15 min. problem never resolved with either department. My issue is the app did not work and customer service did not solve the issue on the phone either. Extremely frustrated..Jeffrey C.
Unfortunately my experience was not positive. The location is tucked away and undeveloped. 4 - 5 times the gate didn’t work. The company’s policy on payment makes it hard for those that prefer to not utilize cash or checks. It forces you to use credit cards which I don’t care for. The payments I made via Bank auto pay were never posted properly. For the price there are better facilities just down the street.Mark W. | Overall Experience

2 times I went to my unit after hours, and could NOT access's the putter door to my Unit... I was at my unit to clean it out and cancel... So, I was basically forced to be in there a month longer than I wanted.. and NOW, even though I HAVE vacted the Unit, you SOB's have charged my account $50 for another month... This location needs to take better care of the grounds, when they know the weather is going to be bad. They didn't salt the concrete, and I was trapped inside because the ice was so bad before the exit. No one from this location called me after I left a message on their emergency line. This wasn't Uhauls fault, it was armor storages fault. I got a refund and Ruth in the scheduling department was the best and should get a raise with how she handled the issue.Jessica S.

Price was 200.00 more than told on phone, Guy at center said they would adjust at drop off .Didn't happen. Air didn't work. Be honest on quotes, and check out equipment better.tom W.
