The cab of the truck was not clean. To say the individual running the counter was an asshole would be an insult to assholes. The jerk running things at the office was the worst customer service I have experienced in 50 years. I was promised certain pickup and drop-off times on the phone that the individual at the front desk refused to honor. Instead of communicating this in a normal manner, the guy was a jerk. There was a kiosk in the front lobby to handle check-ins from the hotel. The kiosk did not work well and they could not hear. The guy from the front desk kept yelling at the kiosk rather than coming around and handling the situation one-on-one. His screaming caused EVERYONE in the lobby to jump repeatedly. I finally got tired of it and had to communicate the situation to the kiosk because the man behind the counter was ineffective. Checking in and out, the individual refused to provide me with the proper paperwork and was rude about not providing it. I will NEVER go to this place again. I will probably never use UHaul again. I will pay more for Penske or some other service.

Was charged for 3 day rental amount of 270$, ended up only needing it for 1 day (pick up at 9am on August 19th and dropped off at 830am aug 20th, New adjusted total was supposed to be 100.70$ however I was still charged the full 270$ for the 3 day rental price to My card. Very unacceptable and I will not be doing business with "Uhaul" in the future if these are standard business practices. - Unsincserly, Disgruntled United States Airforce service member
joseph jDoing great
james kI do not think a u-haul location should be run out of a hotel. First off, it takes away from the experience the hotel guests should be provided, and the trailer was positioned really badly. My vehicle was already fully loaded with items so I couldn't see behind me to back up. They were completely useless on giving insights on how to load the trailer. Also, I don't know why my selected pick up location was switched in the first place.
Rj HEverything was good.
