I opted out of the Safedrive coverage, but after returning the trailer I was still charged $24 for the coverage. The attendant said that he was not able to change the charge. Rather disappointed that it was added to my final bill.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat location and service!
THOMAS RThe truck that I received did not have a functioning trailer connection. I had to got to two different locations until it was finally rsolved.
Robert NWe could not understand the clerk. His English was not good.
Deborah MThe woman who checked me in at the front desk was amazing and personable. She helped me pick a different size uhaul and was thorough in explaining pricing and what I needed to do for pictures etc. Dropping back off was also fine but I was not expecting to do so with a man on a screen. I would suggest letting people know this ahead of time. I was also concerned with just leaving the van key on the check in counter when no one was there.
