BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had 3 reservations, and all 3 were never satisfied, to my expectations. If some other rental place is available, I would consider them.
Gary GThe truck was clean, but needs maintenance. Some of the staff were rude and hard to understand.
AIMEE RAmount of gas in tank was enough to get to gas station, not at 1/4 tank worth, I took picture of dash & guy that I returned to corrected it, I think. Day before I went to u-haul old Town Bellevue on Main St & guy wasn't there & so I cancelled that reservation and looked for one with live people.
DIANE KIt's very kind and friendly welcoming the customers and respectful to the customers. I very liked the services.
