I will never rent again
David fThere was hardly any gas in it when I picked it up but I got charged $45 for gas. Ridiculous.
Felicity DThe pick up location was very lacking. There was no service by anyone and we had to find our own equipment in a big parking lot. Couldn’t find it even then we find out that there’s a back parking lot then of course no one helped us at all. We literally did everything ourselves. It would’ve been better if it was a remote pick up, but it wasn’t. It was an actual office pick up with no service whatsoever.
VIRGIL VUhAul was dirty both cab and bed. Multiple damaged areas. Very difficult to understand dealer on the phone. There was a trailer in the way I had to move myself to get the truck out.
