This was my first one-way rental and I expected delays in pick-up and drop-off. However, I was in and out in minutes. The truck performed better than expected. The overall move was smooth and a total success. I'd use Uhaul again without hesitation.Robert K.

So here's the thing. I rented a truck to pick up a piano. I got a 10' truck thinking that would be fine. Got to the place where the piano was and guess what, the truck didn't have a ramp. I went to a U-Haul close by to see if they had a ramp I could rent. Nope, ramps only come on the trucks. I asked the guy at the other uhaul if I could swap the truck out and he said no, I had to do it at the original place. So I ended up driving back and returning the truck, completely unable to use it whatsoever except for putting mileage on it. Since the uhaul location I rented the truck from was closed (it closed 30 minutes after I picked it up) I wasn't able to call and try and get a new truck with a ramp. And when I called the main UHaul number they said there was nothing they could do. To say I'm irritated by this experience is an understatement especially given I ended up spending over $70 for being completely unable to use the truck for what I needed it for. Buyer beware, NONE of the 10' trucks have ramps. So if you need a truck with a ramp you HAVE to get a 15' truck or else you are screwed if you need a ramp like I did. I can't lift up a piano into a truck by myself...I needed a ramp. I will say this though. They guy I rented the truck from was very nice and professional. I'm just very irritated I couldn't get any value out of using the truck and that I couldn't even get it swapped out for a truck with a ramp so I COULD pick up the piano.Ian B.

We had a snow storm moving in so we did an overnight drop off the night before. I called the location ahead of time, just so they knew I was coming and they left me directions where they would like the truck and where to leave everything. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I recommend this location. I will use again should the need arise.Matthew L.

It was listed as a 24/7 drop off but it is only set up for Vehicles not trailers or car haulers , but after a call and call back they let me know how to get it in the the fence to keep it from getting stolen.Ronald N.

Clean the vehicle. While it may have been washed, I still had to clean bugs off the windshield, wipe down spilled coffee in/around the cup holders, and dump out the ashtray. As a non-smoker, having to deal with the ashtray was disgusting.Dan H.
The person wasn't open during hours stated on door. Had to call Uhaul company to figure out what to do. They in turn had to call someone in who was not from this office. She was very nice trying to cover for the person who didn't show up. When the guy finally showed up he never said he was sorry or nothing. After we hooked up the trailer he finally came out to see if we needed help. So I would never rent from them again.CONNIE B.

Everything was GREAT. I failed to read my pick up location on the second page of my contract and went by the phone number location. Made a phone call and the help I received was great. The gentleman was very helpful in setting me up with a different unit at his location. Moved my daughter and U-Haul saved the day. THANKSROBERT F.

It seems an incentive would be reasonable to return the truck early. The contract suggests a $40 extra fee daily for late return. When I use it for 3 days rather than 5 what's the incentive to bring it back? You get it back early, can rent it out and gain - why shouldn't the customer who rushes to return it save some money as well?Rieta G.

They had us park the cargo trailer in an odd spot that was not easy to maneuver. If you are going to do that, it should be done by a UHaul employee.TAMARA W.

Review proper billing processes. We were overcharged, then reimbursed. Then double charged and in spite of two calls have not had our refund register at our banking institution as of the writing if this review. The was no delay in billing, yet refunds seem a bit more difficult to process.MARK T.
