I would call this average for a satellite facility at a non- uhaul storage facility. I hurried to get my truck unloaded so I could get the truck dropped off before their closing time of 1pm. Getting there before noon the place was closed up. I called the owner/operator who was at a different location. He told me to just leave the key in the lockbox and though he had no record of my drop off ( this was the location U-haul gave me) he would handle the return later. I think I will stick to the full-time U-Haul locations in the future.

Get whatever is causing that shaking fixed. I didn't travel far and I didn't get on the highway or the interstate but I wouldn't have anyway with the way that thing was shaking. I know bigger trucks have a whole vibe that's different than a car cuz I've driven them for work before, but that thing was like a giant paint mixer on wheels.
