When we dropped off the truck we were told that we couldn't get a receipt until it was checked in.and there was no one there t9 check it in at that time. When I didn't get a receipt emailed to me a day later I called and discovered it still wasn't checked in. The woman on.the phone said she would complete the check in process for me. Then I was billed foe an extra day because they d8snt finish check in until the next day. They ended up refunding the extra day charge but had I not called It wouldnt have been corrected and the additional charge would not have been removed.

They over charged me by an extra day and for way to much gas.
SARAH LI reserved the 15’ truck at one location because it is close to my loading point. I received an email that I have to pick the truck up at another, further away, location. Unacceptable. Plus, I had to pay for more gas. We rent a truck from the International Speedway location in Daytona Beach several times a year and I don’t want this to happen again.
