ANTHONY CPicked up truck easily on time & it was in great condition. Also rented moving pads which were perfect for furniture. Friendly staff & easy return. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Michael WI had to go through 3 trucks to find one that was available for use.They asked me to bring it back full when it had 3/4 tank when I left. The manager was not present when I returned the vehicle to voice my concerns.
Anthony AThere was no one on site capable of handling a u-haul transaction. Employee was unable to get in touch with anyone that could assist me. After a while of waiting he got through to someone on a customer care line. The pick up transaction took nearly an hour.
MICHAEL AIt was a super cool experience. The store lady was mad friendly and place had a bit of everything. If I had to suggest something, it’d be a note online telling me to look for the store front of like a side convenient store or something. Me and other guy who first showed up parked where the trucks were and were confused thinking we simultaneously was in wrong and right place at same time. Trucks were there but it seemed like we were at someone’s home. Which we were… we both were arriving with store front in our right ahead but the curve blocks view of store, so we both wound up turning early and thus running into each other. A sign or text would’ve helped to know what to do. It all worked out well, and like I said great people and experience. I’m just sure many people have made this same simple error. Many thanks!

RICKY BI dropped of the vehicle a day earlier they didn’t check it in until the day of and charged me more money with out any explanation or phone call. Would not recommend at all
Jeremy AI didn’t get a printed copy of the contract for the vehicle. I couldn’t get a final price when I returned it then I was over charged which caused me to dispute if someone who knew how to process the return then I wouldn’t have been overcharged. I had to speak with someone over the phone to even pickbup the truck

Thab PFirst of all when I went to location the person who is handling was so rude.she charged me $4 some change for no reason. I got online quote for $659 some change and she charged me $663some change . I showed her my online quote and she was not ready to agree and was so rude and showed me racism.First vehicle she provide me with engine light is on and went and asked her she said go to one of the places and get the engine fuel get it done.I cannot belive people are behaving such a mannerless.later she gave me another vehicle with attitude. The truck was not clean at all any way I took it. In my life never gonna get u haul again. I have my friends circle and my friends has many business. Will recommend to take Penske or budget or any other ones.Thank you

AHOEFA AU haul's mobile app is horrible You hold customer service is horrible . This location is good . I was originally at a different location . That was closed using the mobile app. The two trucks that were returned late. So they could not rent them to me . I couldn't find this out over the app. I couldn't find this out over the phone because I kept getting disconnected from u-haul. The only way I found out was a woman that Works in the facility drove by. She was great and help me . Uhaul was horrible . I spent two hours getting my haul I will not use uhaul again .

David DI picked up the uhal with the gas light on and said I would be reimbursed for what I left in it because it was empty then when I dropped it off it was a little over a quarter take of gas and never refunded for it
Marshall PAgent did not have enough blankets for my order, and the ones they had were dirty. The vehicle was clean, though. No problems with the vehicle.
PETER LThe Uhaul manager for this location was very unprofessional and hostile. The equipment was not in the best conditions. On the other hand the personnel from the store were kind.

Benjamin FThe owner who helped us did not charge us to remove the trailer although she told us normally she would. The UHaul in Palatine Illinois did not tell us that this trailer disconnection would have needed a jack but we got it done together.

Joshua GThe truck smelled like cigarettes which is a horrible smell for non smokers on such a long trip. Need stricter smoking policies and clean the trucks better. The truck was also loud and didn’t ride well and I’m a truck driver, need better vehicle maintenance done.
Amy JI reserved a 10’ truck. When I arrived to pick up the truck the staff said they did not have one. They did no off an alternative. I asked if I could browse the lot to see if I could find a truck I could use. I found 2 10’ trucks and several 16’ trucks. I asked the staff for a 10’ truck. The staff said the 10’ truck I reserved had been broken down for two weeks. They offered a 16’ at the 10’ price. I accepted their offer. I expected this to happen. The truck ran well and I had no issues. I was also able to pick up the 12 pads I reserved; this was unexpected.

Petrus WTurned in my Uhaul truck there when I was supposed to and I guess they didn't let anyone know because either later that day or the next day I received a call from Uhaul wondering where the truck is. It has since been resolved, but that's a really stressful situation to be in.
adam cMy whole transaction was done on the phone after I arrived for pick up. This is not was I expected. They had only one truck which had a hole in the top rear left corner. My personal items got wet from all the rain. I had to pick up furniture pads from a different location. Worst rental ever.
