U haul's mobile app is horrible You hold customer service is horrible . This location is good . I was originally at a different location . That was closed using the mobile app. The two trucks that were returned late. So they could not rent them to me . I couldn't find this out over the app. I couldn't find this out over the phone because I kept getting disconnected from u-haul. The only way I found out was a woman that Works in the facility drove by. She was great and help me . Uhaul was horrible . I spent two hours getting my haul I will not use uhaul again .

David DI picked up the uhal with the gas light on and said I would be reimbursed for what I left in it because it was empty then when I dropped it off it was a little over a quarter take of gas and never refunded for it

Joshua GThe truck smelled like cigarettes which is a horrible smell for non smokers on such a long trip. Need stricter smoking policies and clean the trucks better. The truck was also loud and didn’t ride well and I’m a truck driver, need better vehicle maintenance done.
Amy JI reserved a 10’ truck. When I arrived to pick up the truck the staff said they did not have one. They did no off an alternative. I asked if I could browse the lot to see if I could find a truck I could use. I found 2 10’ trucks and several 16’ trucks. I asked the staff for a 10’ truck. The staff said the 10’ truck I reserved had been broken down for two weeks. They offered a 16’ at the 10’ price. I accepted their offer. I expected this to happen. The truck ran well and I had no issues. I was also able to pick up the 12 pads I reserved; this was unexpected.

Petrus WTurned in my Uhaul truck there when I was supposed to and I guess they didn't let anyone know because either later that day or the next day I received a call from Uhaul wondering where the truck is. It has since been resolved, but that's a really stressful situation to be in.
adam cMy whole transaction was done on the phone after I arrived for pick up. This is not was I expected. They had only one truck which had a hole in the top rear left corner. My personal items got wet from all the rain. I had to pick up furniture pads from a different location. Worst rental ever.

James VI am a bit unclear why I had to drive past two closer Uhaul locations to drive much farther away to drop off the truck at this location located almost in another county. Aside from that inconvenience of adding additional miles after an already long drive, the entire rental experience with Uhaul was pleasant and I would rent from your company again in the future.

Joseph AIt would be nice to pick up where you chose. I chose my pick up location because it was close to my storage. When I reserved the truck it said it was available. Then I call to confirm and the pick up location had changed and it was way out the way.

I went into the store to see what the process was for returning and was told to just drop the trailer anywhere. A few weeks later, Uhaul corporate called to find out where I dropped it off, as if they never finished the check in.

Jessica WThe clerk who helped me did not know anything about uhaul rentals (the location is a convenience store) and had to call the owner who handled those. The owner was not there even though I arrived at the scheduled time and had to do everything over the phone. This entire process took awhile. Once the rental contract was complete it was clear I was on my own hooking up this trailer. I had never hooked up a trailer before, thankfully the instructions inside the trailer were clear and my wife was with me to help. Unfortunately the wiring harness was missing which required another trip into the store to talk to the clerk who did not know anything about uhaul and had to call the owner again... Long story short, this location needs train another person on how to do uhaul rentals. On a positive note, I will add that everyone I talked to was was very nice and friendly.
Eric EPlease hire different staff to manage equipment returns. The staff member who assisted me looked 14 years old and acted like they were 10 years old. They duplicitously gave me information on the phone and gave me directly contradictory information when I arrived in person. When confronted, they denied having spoken with me before. When I called back their number to make sure I wasn’t crazy, their phone briefly rang before they silenced it right in front of me. When asked for their name, they paused awkwardly before giving a name distinct from the one they used in the voicemail they left.

Brian MThere was no one at this location at all??? There was a sign to call Darlene, but after multiple attempts and voicemails we never heard from a Darlene or anyone. We returned the uhaul at 1pm and the hours said they were open until 6. Pretty sketch
Rachel NCountry store that also serves as a U-Haul dealer. At pick up, the trailer was dirty with caked on mud that I had to scrape off before returning equipment. Tire pressure was approx 25 psi too low on all tires. Had to inflate tires. Otherwise the trailer was in good condition.
Russell GI was supposed to pick up this truck at another location. Of course, it was not there at the date and time it should have been. So I was sent to this location. I received no mileage differential even though this location was further away from the house where I was to load the furniture. I typically use Penske as I have had no problems from them but apparently package haulers lock them all down in December.
