Although I gave high marks to the location, I would give very low marks to your mobile website. I've rented around 5 or 6 trucks over the past 18 months or so and always used your mobile website. But for some reason, this time around, there was no "Pickup your truck" option. Thankfully, the staff at the gas station were very helpful and able to get everything rectified.

I was charged $47 for a quarter tank of gas after the attendant told me everything was fine. Not impressed and when I called the woman I spoke to was abrupt and not helpful at all.

My dolly and blankets were not with the uhaul per my order, and I was charged for them. Also the online checkout and in is not user friendly. I ended up doing all of the transactions in person, however the return location did not enter my uhaul as returned, therefore I revived a passive aggressive phone call from a uhaul rep in Eugene. Overall poor experience. The interior of the uhaul was filthy, as I did not have blankets I now have a filthy mattress and couch.

He was professional throughout the entire rental process and I would highly recommend any customer to visit this location and work with this service tech (I forgot his name!) Please take great care of this employee as the Lincoln City labor market is very tough and any business here would love to have him! Please give him the recognition he deserves! Thank you!

I was originally told that I could pick up a 10 foot truck at noon in Depoe Bay on July 1st. So I had our trailer dropped off adjacent to the U-Haul location - making for easy transfer of belongs from the large trailer to the smaller U-Haul. I was then told there were no trucks in the Depoe Bay location and was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul at 2pm on July 1st at the 1410 SE Highway 101 location. 2pm comes around at the employee lets me know that the lady with the truck is "running late but will be there soon." After multiple phone calls and stopping in to check on the status - 3:30pm comes around and it turns out the lady returned it to the 4031 NW Highway 101 location - which closed at 3:00pm. Because it was unstaffed we were unable to get the truck at all that day. We had to drive to the further away location at 6:00am the following day to ensure we did not loose access to the truck. Then requiring us to drive additional extra miles to return the truck that early in the morning the next day. I have attempted to contact U-Haul twice to request a refund and have not gotten through. Very dissatisfied. I will continue to pursue a refund.

To improve the service to your customers, when Renting a ONE-WAY RENTAL, please let them know the Date/Address/Time of BOTH PICK UP, and DROP OFF locations. This should be given when the Customer makes the Reservation, and it should be printed on the Paperwork when the Customer picks up the Truck Rental. During my experience, the U-HAUL Representative did NOT know the Drop-off Location, and only a Phone number was printed on the Paperwork when picking up the Rental Truck, instead of the Address to where the Truck should be Dropped off. This Very, Very inconvenient for Customers, please correct this unwanted behavior.

Give more notice when equipment is not to be at original pick up. My loading crew just barely had time to pick up trailer 50 miles away because we had 36 hours notice on a weekend that it would not be delivered to original pick up location.

The Rental Specialist Cindy was WONDERFUL. I called ahead to let her know I was coming and when. She was expecting me although she was busy with another customer. She got to me as soon as possible and was positive, professional and friendly. Very "up" and positive. Truck ran fine and was very pleased with everything.

Your website could use improvement. I tried to preregister the night before I was due to pick up the truck, and your website would not let me download my driver's license. Instead, I just got the eternal arrow circle of death. I finally had to X out of your website because the circle just kept going round and round, and after 10 minutes of that, I finally gave up. I told that to the attendant the next day, and she wasn't very surprised to hear that.

When I picked up the truck I pointed out that there were pine needles sticking out of the over cab on passenger side. Iexpected DJ to mark this someplace but he did not causing potential problems at drop off if not for the help I received from Mark on the receiving end. Also, after I pulled off lot and got into the sun, I had to stop the truck and spent almost 20 minutes cleaning the windshield, inside and out, so I could drive safely. After I filled truck up, as it had just less than 1/4 tank, I was able to fnally get to my house to start loading 1 hour later. after mark helped me in Bremerton, I did have Chad(?) from Lincoln City call me to try and sooth things over by telling me that DJ was new employee.

Figure out a way to keep Ryan there at all times. A raise maybe? He’s extremely professional and courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very informative and helpful. I’ve rented from him twice now and both times were the same great experience. I recently moved to town and not many people here especially of his age have that kind of genuine kindness. Thank you Ryan for a very pleasant experience on a not so fun task as moving is.

We picked up the uhaul it was rainy so I just went off the goodness of uhaul and assumed uhaul checked the uhauk before renting to me but apparently they didn't. I got to storage them realized there was a lock on trailer had to find i store to get bolt cutters break lock them realized inside was beer box, cane big moving box and trash. Worst experience ever with uhaul.
