The ma ager/owner was so nice and helpful, I really appreciated it, especially as I don't think the company was even open when I called and came by. Great experience!

The service tech was so helpful and informative. He was professional throughout the entire rental process and I would highly recommend any customer to visit this location and work with this service tech (I forgot his name!) Please take great care of this employee as the Lincoln City labor market is very tough and any business here would love to have him! Please give him the recognition he deserves! Thank you!

The gentlemen working Tuesday 8/6/2019 was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Smart, friendly, professional and very helpful. I would go to him for all of my U haul needs!!

I was originally told that I could pick up a 10 foot truck at noon in Depoe Bay on July 1st. So I had our trailer dropped off adjacent to the U-Haul location - making for easy transfer of belongs from the large trailer to the smaller U-Haul. I was then told there were no trucks in the Depoe Bay location and was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul at 2pm on July 1st at the 1410 SE Highway 101 location. 2pm comes around at the employee lets me know that the lady with the truck is "running late but will be there soon." After multiple phone calls and stopping in to check on the status - 3:30pm comes around and it turns out the lady returned it to the 4031 NW Highway 101 location - which closed at 3:00pm. Because it was unstaffed we were unable to get the truck at all that day. We had to drive to the further away location at 6:00am the following day to ensure we did not loose access to the truck. Then requiring us to drive additional extra miles to return the truck that early in the morning the next day. I have attempted to contact U-Haul twice to request a refund and have not gotten through. Very dissatisfied. I will continue to pursue a refund.
