The location was tucked away and hard to find. The manager wasn't completely up to date on procedures. This caused delays for me to get on the road. His helper knew less about loading a car on a trailer than I, the customer.

Don VVendor forced me to buy towing/damage protection or he wouldn’t rent to me. I was on a tight timeline or I would have just left. Total bullshit.
Scott SLarry is the best! He made our drop-off experience easy, fun, and informative. He's got quite an amazing place there in Rose Lodge/Otis. Happy to have ended a difficult trip at such a welcoming location. HIGHLY recommend!
