Single male relocating to be closer to care specialist and moving with no help. Confirmed with Uhaul day before pickup in Tillamook a15ft truck amd car hauler. 1.5 hours the day of pick up the called me and had no equipment for me. I had to drive over 1 hour to pick up equipment. I asked Kayla why they waited so long to call even though I confirmed the day before. "I dont know I wasn't there." Wow! I made it to Otis and I waited until after 9 and still not open. A man very angry amd said I had no reservation or equipment with a lot full of it. After yelling at me, him telling me to call Kayla back and fix it. I said no you are the customers service rep. All he needed to do was to click refresh on his screen with Kayla on speaker instructing him. They were a mess in Otis. I had to remind them three times I was alone amd had to load my car and drive all the way back to Tillamook to load my furniture. Again, an hour put of my way and more money! And Time! I was giving $50 and an extra day! Wow. I had the equipment in Roseburg just after 4pm same day! Just like I said. I was told by Kayla on July 1 I would be called in 24 to 48 hours by a manager. Nothing. I called Friday afternoon the 3rd and Nothing. Cody called back, left VM and assured me I would get a call. Today is the 6th and nothing. Called the number that Cody called from at 8pm on the 6th thinking it was a business line and all I got was a "hello" Cody taken a back and laughing at my situation. I spent nearly $500 in the rental, gas, money and time because of your screw up. Over $150 in gas amd had the equipment back same day. Shame on UHAUL and Kayla, Cody, Kayla's manager, Tillamook location and Otis location. That is way too many mistakes and shame on you even more. This review will be going viral
