Guero's KMy pick up time was 11am but the dealer had my pick up time at 12 pm and he was not there when i got there and my pick up was 20 min later than scheduled and i had to wait 30 min
Debra FI live in a rural area very small areas for U-Haul. My biggest issue is having the equipment I wanted to be available 4 locations near me, I had the pickup location changed 3 times. Not their fault just didn’t have the 6x12 units in the area
