JOHN WThis was a great experience. When the trailer I was towing had a failure, Artie’s came to the rescue. The driver loaded my trailer with its cargo on the Flatbed, took it to their location, spent over an hour in the rain switching the load to a U-Haul trailer and securing it. The office staff were also great and made whole process simple. What good have been a disaster was saved the entire group of folks at Atite’s.

MOHAMMAD ZI rented multiple trucks from multiple locations always reserving w/o insurance. I was there when driver picked up as it was never brought up until I was charged an add’l $15 and they lied about asking. How many unknowing customers have they did this to? Do an investigation to make certain or see if they only do this to POC.

James EPrevious rental had tolls which were paid. System still flagged me for ealert which required me to spend 25 mins on the phone resolving. When a customer pays the tolls the ealert should disappear without issue or human intervention.

ALANNA ZI made a reservation for pick up at Hoffman Estates close to my house 5 minutes a month ago. My pickup locations was changed to Elgin 2 days before pickup which was 30 minutes away. UHaul needs to learn what reservation means.
