When we arrived (on time) the owner was 15 mins late and didn’t know what to do until us wife got there (even later). They couldn’t get to our reservation or know how the system worked. It pushed us an hour and half back on our move and we had lots of schedules waiting on us. The equipment itself had tire issues, dif fluid issues and more. After finally dealing with an off-location manager, we were helped within minutes and they made it right. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

This was a 3rd party uhaul location and I ended up doing everything myself from backing the trailer up, disconnecting, removing from my hitch, and doing the return. Communication was rough at best
