The Gas was not full ,and I do not feel that the uHaul was disinfected wiped down cause I cleaned it with Clorox wipes and the clothes where dirty when I got done and there was food crumbs on the seats.. also the Grandmas Attic part leaks water. I put in a claim on that

To better explain answer to question 3 ... The truck itself ran well but could have been better cleaned out - dirt in Cab and trailer . We had to throw a Blanket down . But we did reserve it the night before so not much time to clean . All In all this was a good experience .

Only complaint that truck was making some odd noises while driving. May want to look into that! Other than that the guys were really nice and it was basically a smooth process. I did check in and did most of the process on my phone. It did not let me return the truck online, it claimed I didn't put in the right mileage. That may have been my mistake. Overall we were in such a hurry to move and thankfully they made it easy for us!

Cleaner place better staff box truck smelled bad gas wasn't right on the papers says had 3/4 wasn't little over half it's crazy they are not checking them in right all will say if nothing's done will do my renting else where

Registered on line and pick up / drop off were quick and easy. I was running tight on returning truck before close but staff was understanding and accommodating.

I rent 4-5 times a year and never had any issues until this last time. I had let them know I was keeping it an extra day but ended up taking it back but they were closed so I had called told them if there was anything due that I would be in on Sept. 3rd to pay it. I had 41 dollars and 71 cents in my account to live on for 9 days ( and I had done this another time and went in paid cash... I didn't authorize them to take that money that time only the first time , the Initial Day I picked it up. So what was done was I had to borrow money from a friend to make it . So I feel there was Miscommunication on Uhaul's behalf so there should be more communication towards the employees at your Uhaul ASAP building

A total nightmare. I presently have an area field manager working on many issues that I had with U-Haul. I will never do business with U-Haul ever again and that's putting it politely. The worst experience ever.

We rented a dolly for the move and when we picked uthe truck up and got home t here was no dolly but they continue to try to charge us for one even though it had been reported that we did not receive the dolly .

ASAP auto was great however uhaul needs to communicate with its dealers better I had reserved a trailer the person that had it called and said the would be an hour late dropping it off witch was fine I checked on it 1 1/2 hours later and the gentleman checked only to find he had called uhaul and extended his rental until 7/11/2020 and uhaul did not get in touch with ASAP and or check to see if someone else had reserved it since it was getting dropped back off at ASAP uhaul needs to please to a better job of communicating with there dealers on this that being said ASAP auto went above and beyond to help me I would definitely go back to them and refer a friend to them for there rental needs they are a great dealer!

The personnel I dealt with at the location was very rude and actually messed up our order. I feel he couldn't communicate well. When I spoke with him on the phone later he hung up on me. 10/10 won't be going there again.

The receiving point was closed on Memorial day -- I returned it and called U-Haul to confirm ----- but they billed me for an extra day. I was also billed for gas, even though I delivered the truck with more gas than was in it when I picked it up. Obviously, someone didn't read my sign-out information --- I'm disappointed.

no one on site with no notice of what to do with the returned truck ahead of schedule and with no damage with dolly in rear of truck. everything went smooth but with less than stellar internet and phone skills, a little uncertain of process.

My only complaint is the large truck we rented had a leak in the roof and it was storming on our moving day and all our clothes that were in boxes got soaked because water came through.

the trailer it's self had dried dirt, and got a few things dirty. it was a older truck but ran likely was new very well. the passenger passenger seatbelt doesn't work. other than that i it was great.

Ricky Lantz was very accommodating when I had to change the date of an online reservation on short notice . The other employees there were also very helpful in answering all My questions . I would recommend them as a local Provider w excellent service :)

This is a small point but the rental process uses a lot of paper. Seems that forms could be emailed to customers rather than printing so much out.

I took pictures of the truck before I move it. The box on the truck was full of mud. The mud was frozen to the deck. The interior was covered in mud. Trash behind the seats.

Guy that was doing our paperwork was quite off putting and the location didnt have the items we needed when we came to pick up the truck. My husband had to go get the furniture dolly from across town so we could move. Not my best uhaul experience

ASAP Auto - ( Larry ) was very apologetic for the lighting issue I incurred with the trailer lighting, even though I had received it from another location, they immediately began a service on the trailer I had to make sure the problem was corrected before the next rental. Also they connect all rental trailers to your vehicle and make sure all lights are working before it leaves the lot.
