When picking up the car , tire light was on and asked to the guy that was in that shop to put air in the tire he wasn't able to do it. Because the air pressure tool missing .

The location is convenient but a little hard to find. Its EXTREMELY dark at night when we went to return the vehicle. It was a bit uncomfortable and the wifi was very weak. I had to wander around the parking lot to find a place to get signal.
The personnel at ASAP were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We got the truck in minutes and got the move done everything was great
When Uhaul updates locations due to a lack of vehicles, it needs to make sure the original booking price is maintained. This was a great source of stress.

I'm not sure how much was the fault of the location. The app and website are terrible. It didn't recognize my location no matter what I did. My friend was able to make it work on his Android phone but even then it took forever even though I did all the pre-check stuff. I called twice and the managers showed up (on Sunday) and helped me and another guy check out. After spending about 40 minutes on the phone the staff guy just handed me the key. Total waste of time, including theirs. My advice to U-Haul - you're not serving food or having any close contact, just have your people wear a mask and gloves and check docs and hand over the key. The "contactless" thing you're doing doesn't work with your tech and is a bad customer service experience that's only salvaged by the people at the location.
The instructions for returning the vehicle are not quite right. Firstly, the first step in the flow seems like it's saying the first thing you should do is drop the keys in the drop box. This would be a huge mistake, since you need them for the rest of the flow. Lastly, it asks you to confirm that the truck is in a condition suitable for the next family to use. Well, it's certainly clean enough, but I had to return the rental equipment (dollies, furniture protectors) in the van. If the next family did not rent those things, or rented different things, it would obviously not be appropriate for them to rent the van as-is.
FYI they are asking everyone to do the contactless/virtual checkin option because of Covid! Also make sure you refill your rental van with gas before returning (there is a gas station nearby).
Have a sign to instruct customers to call an alternative number to reach a customer representative when there is no one at the location.
JUST VERY HAPPY TO USE YOUR SERVICE, AND VERY REASONABLE PRICE TOO. PLEASE KEEP IT UP.
I did not receive a code for the lock box, I got lucky that another customer was there at the same time.
Everything was great especially the lady at the location I got the U-Haul from was the greatest person I've ever met she was such a sweetheart

This was my first time renting a U-Haul and everything went smoothly. I was in and out of there quickly, the woman I spoke to was friendly, and the van was clean and drove well. I have no complaints.

Typing the address into Google Maps takes you to a development a little ways up the road, so I thought I had gotten lost--something to work on for future customers, especially those with larger trucks that might be harder to navigate.

The location was convenient to my home. Three truck is well designed for moving, with a layout that makes it easy. I didn't particularly like the way the truck rode, it felt like it was going to jump off the road when it hit uneven pavement. Lastly, I picked the truck up in a downpour and the wipers were worn, making seeing difficult. Overall a good experience
My day was brighter because of your wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional Nellie. She was extremely helpful with many types of information, clear explanations, valuable advice She made the rental expo pleasant and easy. A very dedicated employee, caring for her customers and the company she represents .
