Very bad reporting of gas quantity. Charging money for a piece of string which was left in the back and small piece of plastic that is something's which is minuscule.

Give both counter service reps are raise. Used them twice in 6 days, it was the way your service reps handled my first rental that made me want to come back and use them again (and again if necessary)

The only complaint I have is your cost for leaving a trailer at your destination location. I could buy a trailer and through it away for what you wanted to charge me to leave it at another Uhaul terrible pricing.

I was given a truck, the largest size, that had faulty breaks. I called the location and told them that the breaks were very poor... a loud pressure sound was made anytime the pedal was pressed and the breaks were very weak which is dangerous for such a large truck. They connected me to roadside assistance but the connection was unsuccessful. I didn't get through to anyone so I finished my move and called back. My girlfriend was very anxious while I drove because she could hear the weird sound of the brakes and feel how weak the brakes were. I called the office again and told them that I couldn't get through to roadside assistance but that I was on my way back to them. They said to bring the truck back and we'd deal with it at the office. When I arrived, I told the guy outside about the problem. He checked the brakes and confirmed that there was a problem. He said that the truck would be removed from the lineup and fixed. When I went inside, the guy at the desk told me that I had to call the 800 number and deal with them. He also showed me the bill and I was disturbed to see that the price was higher than I was quoted. The cost per mile was higher. He told me that it was the weekend rate but the lady in the morning gave me a different rate for mileage. So I had to pay a higher rate for driving a faulty truck that felt like a death trap. I am very disappointed with the equipment that I paid for and the bad customer service that came with it.

Used it because it was close. The lady at the counter was nice. Reason for not 5 stars is because my things reserved were not in the truck and if I didn't ask to see them I would have drove without them. Also had to wait because she was unsure if I could take them on my 1 way trip. These are things that on moving day should have been ready and should have been known and confirmed, not wait on moving day to find out.

Driver door rattled the whole time. No instructions on usage vehicle. (explain tow haul signal). Return process terrible. Over charged on fuel even with photo proof and gas receipt. Eventually, customer service admitted to mistake after wasting 30 minutes of my time and still billed me wrong. Dispute now in process with American Express. As a successful business owner I'm recommending you either up your training or eliminate poor performing employees.

U-Haul was unable to provide a final confirmation of the pick up site, and unable to confirm whether I would be picking up vehicle, trailer, and blankets at the same or separate sites within 72 hours of pickup. If I hadn't confirmed location, U-Haul was going to have me pick up at a site that would've required a 50+ mile round trip, instead of the one location that was less than 3 miles from my home. No one from Traffic Control was willing to verbally coordinate, even though I had pointed this fact out. Traffic Control continued to provide "non-answers" even less than 10-15 hours ahead of the pickup appointment. I was given the run around, and told on more than one occasion that "they just didn't know" and "couldn't make any promises." U-Haul's workflow for coordinating pickups is broken, and made the planning process for a one-way move needlessly difficult (in regards to coordinating). If I would have known that it would have been that challenging to get a straight answer during the planning phase, I would have gone with a competitor. With all of that being said, the people at the Coconut Creek site were really great to work with, and very accommodating. The equipment and vehicle were in good working order. Much appreciated, given the distance that we had to cover.

I am a frequent renter and use a variety of locations. The staff at this location were courteous and will to assist me in every way. The trailer I wanted was not available due to a high volume weekend, I believe due to kids going back to college. I had to take a larger unit which ended up working out better for me.
