SHONAYE W. | First ImpressionsThe poor employee working alone had nothing but computer issues and it took extra time to check in. The 1-800 number sucks for help and knows nothing of the facilities, I needed ground level and the first place they sent me had stairs no elevator and no climate control. Employees commented they were always putting of fires over wrong information given by their 1-800 customer service! Was very frustrating after driving cross country 6 days. The Rogue River Oregon Woodville Rentals was amazing, quick easy and more than helpful in every aspect!
