It was like an escape room trying to figure out how to get into the van. Put us very behind our schedule for the day. The key wasn't in any of the lockboxes. It wasn't easy to get the code for the lockboxes to begin with. Had to get store manager to come unlock other box to get key. We won't be able to rent from this location again unfortunately.
