The location was fine the problem was as soon as we drove the U-Haul to the location and cut it off it would not start back we were stuck three and a half hours until roadside assistance came out to replace the battery and we had to pay the movers extra money. Everybody was stuck at a standstill we didn't know what was wrong with the U-Haul so we couldn't even load it up it was a big inconvenience especially since we were there from out of town

I ordered an appliance dolly, furniture dolly and hand truck when I rented from here, but they didn't have any of those. I have still been charges, so far for 2 dollys ($14). The lady said that the website should know what they have and not offer those things if they aren't there. I'm waiting to see what they do about refunding my $14.
