I ordered an appliance dolly, furniture dolly and hand truck when I rented from here, but they didn't have any of those. I have still been charges, so far for 2 dollys ($14). The lady said that the website should know what they have and not offer those things if they aren't there. I'm waiting to see what they do about refunding my $14.
