Although the staff were friendly they were very unclear as to the process for renting a vehicle, poorly on returning messages, poor customer service, long, long waiting to complete the transactions. We rented from this location twice, both consistently bad experiences.STEVE H.
Please make sure you trucks are clean before someone picking it up. Back area was dirty with dirt and driver side door someone smoke and left the cigarette ash. Truck was not clean. I'm really disappointedSyed H.
Train your people better, especially when customer is booking a truck and a dolly, I have had nothing but bad experiences with this new owner and the previous owner in Listowel, I will never rent from U-Haul again and will never refer anyone to uhaul...Joanne V.

An order was placed through head office after having challenges with booking a location. The girl at the location on the day of pickup could barely speak english and she went into the system and changed details creating problems for everyone with the special details that John (the most awesome rep at Head Office) had put in with regards to our rental. They rented us a UHaul with a cracked windshield. After calling UHaul head office and speaking with them myself, I was able to resolve the issue with the billing however, these people (at Asian G Mart) should not be renting UHauls...they don't have a clue what is going on.TY H.

Our rental was booked as a 24/7 rental picking up at 8:00am. We arrived to pick up 10 min early in order to start the self pick up process only to find out the pick up location never set this up and we were required to wait until 10am. When I questioned the owner as to why we were able to select an 8am pick up and a 24/7 service when they don't open until 10am he said they do not offer that service. I still don't know why it was an option if they don't offer it. We even prepaid for the truck online so we could just arrive, pick up the truck and roll. "To save time" according to the site. That didn't happen. We even had to pay more before he would release the truck to us. All this put us back 2 hours for the day. Traveling 2 hours to pick up the truck and then having to wait another 2 hours. 4 hours in and we hadn't lifted a box yet.JOHNG T.

Pick up was for 10 am took until 11:15 am made me keep giving him my credit card number expiry date and three digit number made me give it to a person over the phone who I have no idea what he will do with it upon return argued over amount of gas drove 47 miles put 15 dollars gas in then had to go put another 7 dollars because if I didn't they would charge me 18 dollars definitely would not recommend or use this location againJAMES W.

Signed up to pick up the truck remotely, which the site let me set the time as before the store opened, but when appointment time came around it told me to wait until the store opened to complete pick up. Luckily it was only a half hour until the store's opening time, except they didn't open at their scheduled time, another customer arrived just after me and happened to have the number to call them and got them to show up about 10 minutes late, apparently unaware they had people waiting for rental pickups. They had trouble finding my rental info and it ended up taking another half hour to get the key to the truck. Went out to verify the damage on the truck and there were a few spots that had damage that weren't in the photos. And someone else's rental contract papers were sitting on the floor of the cab, as well as a few bandaids in the handle of the passenger side door, so it clearly wasn't cleaned out very thoroughly.RILEY M.

I waited over an hour to get a truck strictly because when I reserved I was guaranteed 270km and when I got there they were only giving me 152. The trip I would be making was about 450km.. after multiple phone calls and over an hour they ended up giving me all my km included in the rental cost so they did do that for me but because of the time it took to do this it took 2 hours out of my packing time and I did not get the truck for 2 full days.NATASHACARLY A.
