The location is not visible from the street. If I did not have GPS I would not have found it and I live right around the corner, literally 5 min. from this place. There are no signs or instructions for dropping off vehicles.Sarah G.

The truck was very very very very slow and in order to keep good gas mileage I had to briefly tap on the gauge. It made a 10 mile trip take 30 minutes.ALITHEA P.

my problem is not with where I picked up the vehicle, it is with the process of reserving it. I went online to reser ve a vehicle and the price for a 17' truck said it was $19.95. It also indicated that the pickup site was only 10 miles from where I was when I made the reservations. Not only was there an increase in the base price for the rental, but the pickup site was almost twice as far away causing more cost for mileage. What should have been a $50-55 transaction turned in to a $90 transaction plus the gas I used. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, not only was it not the price I had agreed to online, but they did not even have the reservation on their computer. They were very professional about it, and I can cut them some slack due to the major flooding in the area that caused them a lot of damage, but, UHaul needs to get their pricing corrected online. I don't like bait and switch. Had it not been for the urgency with which I needed the truck, I would have cancelled it right then and there. Make sure you can back up what you advertise.MARK L.
