Cut out the U-haul people who called wondering why I have checked out my u haul then was no help at all to get me checked in and actually tried to argue with me. I ended up hanging up on u-haul, who remember called me, and the nice people at A-sate got me all checked in no questions asked. If the A-state lady didn’t help me, I would have taken my business elsewhere and I will make sure I will let people know how the people U-Haul people are and they may want to consider another comany or deal with the please they are renting from only and hang up on U haul customer service

JEREMY BA-State towing did not have my U-Haul reservation. However, they sent someone to the location to let us in and pick up the truck.
