Truck cut off during move plus was skipping

JOHN AThe personal at the location were friendly and accommodating. The truck was in serious need of maintenance. It kept stalling, ran rough, multiple noises coming from drive trane and brakes. The check engine light came on after about one hour of operating.

THOMAS BAll I did was drop off the truck. There wasn't any interaction with anyone. The area was a convenience store. I left the key in the drop box. The amount of space was limited due to other trucks there, but I put the truck where I thought was good enough due to my lack of expertise in parking a 26' truck. Overall, I would definitely recommend this U-Haul establishment based on convenience and locality.

Kendra HThe lock box was incredibly hard to open. Both the lock itself and the box. It took extra time to get the key. Also one of our doors would not open this rendering the side passenger doors mostly useless
A'shia SI returned the truck with the same gas that was in it when I left and was still charge $49 for gas. I drove 25 miles in the truck and was charge md $49 after putting $10 in gas into the truck! What a rip off. I will never rent a U-Haul again.

valerie wI did a mobile drop-off. It was easy to complete the steps and drop off the keys/contract. The location was not clean or inviting. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to others but it got the job done.
