I showed up at my appointment time and the building was unlocked and no one there. When I called the number he said he had stepped out for a hit and would be back. I was on a tight schedule and had to wait 30 minutes for someone to get back and give me the keys. The truck had not been vacuumed out and there were chips and grass all over the floor.

Location showed to be open, however no one was there. Had to call and finally someone picked up. Once they did, there was no one there to assist with getting the lock off the truck. Had to leave and get my son to help. Also, where the truck was parked, was full of stickers. Had to literally pick them off my shoes. This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul. Please do not list your location as open, if you are not. I am thankful I choose to do mobile check-in or I wouldn’t have been able to get the truck. Which they only had one. Which is another issue. The truck itself was clean and okay, but I am not sure it was actually the 15ft I requested. I believe it was 10ft truck. Which I didn’t pay for. But, I didn’t have any options at this point as I needed a truck. Overall experience was horrible. Do not rent a truck from this location ever.
