L’adresse du point de cueillette et de dépôt ont changé mais pas dans le système, j’ai perdu un bon 45 minutes à 1h pour le ramasser et le déposer puisque l’application devait me géolocaliser pour avoir accès aux 2 fonctions dans l’application, énorme perte de temps qui n’était pas prévu, j’ai dû pousser mes aides à se dépêcher. J’étais à la nouvelle adresse à 13h mais je trouvais pas comment faire alors après 15min j’me suis rendue au 661 et la j’ai pu initialiser la cueillette mais le camion n’étais pas là, j’ai gardé mon téléphone ouvert pour me rendre près du camion pour arriver à faire toutes les étapes et ensuite j’ai dû encore faire la même chose, me rendre au 661 pour appuyer sur le bouton et retourner à l’autre adresse pour déposer le camion et les clés

LUCIE PDemander pour 4 jours fais payer pour un avec retour ailleur non specifier pour les couts les frais engendrer pour raporter a Vall d’or Sur cela je doit payer des frais additionnel pour les trois autre jours J’aurais pu le rapporter a l’endroit initial de la location qui avait 35 minutes de difference en temps pour moi Alors je paye des frais supplementaire pour le raporter a Val d’Or au lieux de Amos Selon la personne je navait pas de frait pour cela
ROBERT MAt first, I went to Val-D’Or and they told me a price that was interesting but since they didn’t have the truck they send me to Amos which was fine but the price was twice the first price they told me. After that they told me that it was calculated by the mileage and the number of days you take the truck and even if I didn’t use it for what they wrote on the contract I have to pay that price that is twice the price I was told at first
ANGIE PAtelier Mecanique charged me way over what Uhaul priced me at me final receipt. The truck we rent had the check engine light on and the shifthing arm was rusted and hard to move. We felt like it would break during the road we had to make
