Clean your vehicles ! The van we rented smelled terrible ( wet dog ). We had the sanitize the vehicle ourselves and the wipes we used were black afterwards.Michael W.

Worst experience ever . I waited 1 hour till the no clue woman which had to FaceTime someone figured out to give me contract and keys . Poor communication no explanation. Rude to me and part aggressive . When i brought the truck back i waited 45 min till everything with the paper and payment was finalized.it ruined my whole day . The only downside of the van is â€¦ you have to adjust the side mirrors manually otherwise it's still runs good.Margie P.
Lower your rates...Uhaul makes a million off of low income people...Nichel and dime us all. It should not cost my girlfriend and myself $300 to move a 2 bedroom suite with a 10 foot truck...going only 14km round trip in Edmonton. That is just plain crazy. Thanks. HOWEVER I only use Uhaul when I Have no other choice. Take care. P.S. Your customer service overall is completely disgusting. Work on it Uhail staff.Jason K.

The employee that was supposed to give me the key did not know how to do anything so she had to call her boss. I tried to tell her I checked in online and had the page up that proved they could give me the key. She was extremely rude to me and spent 30 on the phone with her boss just to tell me that she couldn't do it.Tri N.
Staff did not know how properly use the computer system for pickup or return. Needed to facetime an off work colleague to assist. Uhaul specific debit/credit terminal would not maintain connection to complete debit transaction. Had to redo multiple times. Eventually went with cash for the refund amount as transaction would not completeShawn E.
