John QEverything was great but I had called to extend the time by only 2hr and the man agreed with no issues. When returning another man tried to say it was extended by 2 days and there was nothing he could do, he couldn't change anything and we would be charged. Lucky the man on the phone walked in and said yup I said 2 hrs. Then just like that it was changed it and was charged correct amount. Moving is so stressful. This added stress was not necessary and actually is sketchy.
