Everything was great but I had called to extend the time by only 2hr and the man agreed with no issues. When returning another man tried to say it was extended by 2 days and there was nothing he could do, he couldn't change anything and we would be charged. Lucky the man on the phone walked in and said yup I said 2 hrs. Then just like that it was changed it and was charged correct amount. Moving is so stressful. This added stress was not necessary and actually is sketchy.

john kAsk the convenience store to open at 7:45 am to accommodate the 8:00 am in person reservations. The only flaw with the truck was it had no windshield washer fluid.
Gary HUnfortunately, when i ordered this 26ft U-haul.. I booked a week in advance, wasn't able to supply the pads and dolls i asked for made moving very difficult and scratched alot of my belongings during the travel. Also the alingment of the truck was completely off witch made it difficult to drive. I dont want to complain and usually im a good costumer but this was Unfortunately a very bad experience for me with U-haul I might look somewhere else next time for trucks.
