Very unprofessional experience when trying to return the truck. They first tried to send me to another uhaul stating that they did not have room for the truck. Then became hostile when I explained to them that their location was on the contract for the equipment return. The owner was very unprofessional and when asked to close out the contract by a uhaul representative I had on the phone at the time, he replied â€œI'll do it laterâ€. This made me feel uncomfortable and that he was trying to claim something which was untrue. The owner did not inspect the vehicle upon return and just closed out the contract after a further argument ensued between myself, a uhaul representative, and the shop owner. This shop gave me a very uneasy feeling in that I might need to defend myself and I would never return there with my business.Joshua H.

Service was sorely lacking. Guy in change did not know how to hook up trailer to hitch, or maybe he just couldn't be bothered. He said it was not his job and said I should read the directions and figure it out. YouTube was way more help than he was.Rebeca U.
Seemed like they had not been doing U-haul rentals for very long. Reserved a dolly but was not given one and was charged for it. Business was closed on drop-off date, was told by u-haul I could drop off next day without charge. Was charged anyways, had to call u-haul to correct. U-haul customer service took care of me but this location did not.Eamon D.
