They did not have the large dolly that u had reserved, they only had the smaller utility one.

Francesca HYOUR AGENTS OVER CHARGED FOR THE FOR THE USE OF YOUR PRODUCT I DID NOT WANT INSURANCE ON THE ORDER BUT IT WAS ADDED WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND THE AGENT DID NOT ASK ME IF I WANTED IT SO I GOT CHARGED ANOTHER 200 DOLLARS WITHCH WAS THE GAS FOR THE VEHIUCAL TO GET THE TRIP COMPLETED AS A RESULT I HAD TO GET THE MONEY FOR THE DRIVE FORM ANOTHER SORCE THAT I AM STILL PAYING BACK AND AS A RESULT NOW HAVE ANTOHER BILL
